Finished elements instead of raw boards
DDL is a vertically integrated manufacturer: from its own sawmill and board production, through the impregnation of decorative papers and lamination, to the precise machining of finished furniture parts. That means you can order a ready-to-assemble component from us instead of a board that still has to be machined.
We take over the optimisation of the cutting plan and the cost of waste disposal, while you receive elements made to your own specification. The annual production capacity for furniture parts is up to 3,000,000 m².
What we make
Three groups of components, all to your dimensions and specification.
Cut-to-size parts
Precisely sawn parts from raw, chipboard, MDF, laminated and veneered boards for further processing.
MDF components
CNC-machined elements from LUHOPOL MDF in furniture, lacquering and deep-milling grades.
Laminated components
Elements from laminated chipboard and MDF with applied edgebanding — melamine, paper, PVC and ABS up to 3 mm.
